Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, you can send it back—just make sure to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition—that means no stains, scents, pet hair, or signs of wear.
- Tags must be attached, and original packaging included.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@artioclothing.com before sending anything back. We do not accept returns that haven’t been pre-approved or items sent back without prior contact (unless returned in-store). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. Send us a message at info@artioclothing.com with details and photos so we can make things right quickly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or marked-down items
- Gift cards
- Items marked "AS IS"
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to:
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method—receipt required. All items must be returned in mint condition. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund, as it may take a few business days to show on your statement.
